Rationale/pitch feeback
Initially, instead of making a google doc survey, i have just asked for typed up feedback in teams. Even though this is less formal, it will help prevent what happened with the last google doc survey with the inappropriate answers.
Here are the responses:
So from this, I have learnt that I should use a survey as well, which is what I have done.
Not as long as my other surveys, I have created a short, small survey consisting of both qualitative and quantitative questions. Here are the responses:
I only got 2 responses from this survey, this is probably because I also asked for feedback in other ways so most people just done the original one. From this I have learnt that even though I chose to record feedback in 2 different ways to get more answers, it doesn't really work if people don't understandably take part.
But from analysing the results, I can tell that my documentary (if I stick with the ideas from the pitch) will be successful. This is as people have voted that they like my idea and they would watch my documentary. It is also evident that my pitch was well put together and detailed because of the feedback. This id from the feedback saying that they thought my ideas were well explained and thought through. The only negative feedback I received was that the "My ideas" slide isn't, ironically, detailed enough and I could have done more than just basically a summary.
From receiving the feedback from these two different ways of collecting feedback, I have learnt that they both give similar results but for wanting more feedback, the survey is the best way to collect feedback, especially if there are qualitative questions mixed in with quantitative so there is more feedback content.
I agree with both sets of feedback in my pitch as this is the feedback i would give myself on the pitch.
